Our Services

We will have meat available the fall of 2025. Please contact us for a detailed availability sheet.

Our animals rotate on pasture, grazing as they were designed to do: our lamb is pasture raised, our pork is pastured, and our beef is grass fed.

Pastured pork

Berkshires are natural grazers and foragers, producing delicious pork.

Lamb

Katahdin sheep, a hair breed, has less lanolin than wool breeds. This produces a mild flavour, sure to become a favourite of customers!

Beef

Beef raised on grass produces delicious, lean beef. The fat on our beef is yellow, indicating their pastured diet.
